Talking WW MM CHALLENGE! May/June - Week 7!

This week has been nice.

I've kept up with my walks. It feels good to stretch my legs and lungs each day.

I've gotta keep my head on straight through the week. This coming weekend is my brother's wedding. I want to keep talking my walks, and I want to make sure that I don't overdo the food stuff. I don't need to pig out. I'm there for family and good times. Not food.

The day after the wedding is my birthday! I'm not really sure that I want to do anything all that special. I like cake and desserts, but I haven't been in a dessert mood, so I'm not sure it's wise to tempt myself. Maybe I can come up with something non-food related to work with.

Ugh...I'm having such a rough time!!! The scale keeps inching up and this morning, I actually saw 179.6!!!! I haven't been this close to the 180's in like two months. Granted, my mom and I ate dinner at Chili's last night, so I know that has a lot to do with it, but still.

This week, my goal is to get right back on the wagon full speed ahead like it's my first week following plan. I am striving to be 100% on plan for this entire week. Should be interesting because my birthday is this coming Friday and weigh in is Saturday morning!

It is rough for me too I have actually gained 2.2 lbs since starting this challenge. My clothes feel night, my stomach feels bloated. I know why I gained but still hate it. I just can't seem to get back on track

Help!

Gained this last WI but I know it was from the food that ate the night before (had a feast with the family). That's why I am thinking of changing my WI date because its hard to have WI's on the weekend because I know we go out and eat on the weekends. So we shall see

Have a good one everyone! And the challenge is coming to an end. Like maybe 3 or 4 more WI. So I hope I can reach my goal by july

Well just wanted to give an update even though it is not my regular wi day and I know what the scale says does not really count until next tuesday but I am finally back down to my starting weight of this challenge. It has been a struggle and I am beginning to wonder if I will never break this 150 mark. Looking back on my journal I have been between 154-150 for over three months.. I am beginning to think I am really stuck...drats

Nancy...I totally know what you're going through!! I cannot for the life of me get past 173.6 on the WW scale. So annoying, but I know we need to keep at it and hopefully, sooner rather than later, our hard work and dedication will finally pay off!

xxoo thank you Chele that means a lot to me it is like my body is saying no way jose you are not going to lose....I know I can hold out longer than my body??? lol

Definitely!!! I am back at 173.6 on the WW scale, so next week should be interesting. I feel like my body is like "I've let you lose close to 80 pounds....can't you be happy with that?" LOL
