Hi,
Just wanted to say how great this WW experience is. I joined WW online about three weeks ago, and I am down 8lbs!! Every week I go to the scale thinking that with all the food I've eaten in the last week, there is no way I'm down. But every weigh in, there is a deficit.

I was a skeptic, but this is great. I am never hungry, I stay within my points, and I eat fruit like there is no tomorrow.

Woohoo!!!!

Isn't that the best feeling? I love being able to eat and enjoy my favorite foods and still see that loss!
