Here we are... the final week The last week of this challenge. Time really flies.

*Next week there will be a Final Weigh-In and Update thread, and we'll also be starting up a NEW MM challenge for May/June. So keep an eye out, and of course, keep up with the good habits!*

This past weekend was kind of crazy. Dinner out with the father-in-law and a bridal shower for my soon-to-be sister-in-law. (So many dashes!)

Dinner out was wonderful. It was sushi, and that's easy to keep healthy and points-friendly.

I avoided the food at the bridal shower except for some fruit salad.

It's really the drive that's killing me. Making me feel a little stiff and tight. I think a soothing treadmill walk will help work that out.

This week: Water. Fruits and veg. Continue to pay attention.

Hi Lovely! Glad that you had a good weekend. Mine was super busy - we'll see how that effects my WI tomorrow. I can't believe that this challenge is wrapping up - time has just flown by!

I can't believe it's already almost May!!! As a teacher, the year is starting to wind down...especially since I have a bunch of seniors this year and they only have 3 more weeks until they're done. Only 39 more school days for me....not that I'm counting or anything LOL

Hi everyone! I was down another 1.4 this week! I don't think that I'll reach my goal next week, but it was pretty aggressive. I had teady losses all month long so I am happy with that!

Anyway I am down this week yeah! Last week had a few rough days of not being able to plan well with my sister having surgery and I stayed with her for a few days then the weekend which is always my downfall. But I feel good I have been tracking everything even on the bad days so woopie
