Thanks! I'm having a harder time this week. I seem to be running about 1lb up from last week. I'm not gonna count it until my monday weigh in, so maybe I'll see a change by then. But it looks so far like I'm not going to get anywhere near where I was last week. I'd love to blame it on a small binge (white pasta, which I rarely, if ever eat), but I would guess it is more of a cycle thing. Im pms'ing like crazy here.
So far this week the 'eat more' theory is not working for me. I did have one hectic day where I came in 8 points under (including APs), but I doubt that one day made a difference.
