I'm trying it for a month to see if eating all my points works for the full month, because what I did the two weeks before that was only ate my dailies, so we'll see if I need to cycle or not. It would be awesome if I didn't, but I won't be upset at all if I do. Whatever is going to boost it.

tessendicott I have been following your thread and it has been great to see what is working for you

I have not been brave enough to eat all my dailies, weeklies and ap points. I tend to stick to just my dailies and a few weeklies and do ok hit a bit of a wall in Jan and Feb but most of that was because I was not tracking like I should and did some traveling.

Thanks! I'm having a harder time this week. I seem to be running about 1lb up from last week. I'm not gonna count it until my monday weigh in, so maybe I'll see a change by then. But it looks so far like I'm not going to get anywhere near where I was last week. So far this week the 'eat more' theory is not working for me. I did have one hectic day where I came in 8 points under (including APs), but I doubt that one day made a difference.
