Today was my first weigh in since my initial weigh in @ my joining meeting on February 6th...I was down.................... 7lbs!! I was so happy and it definitely gave me the boost I needed to say "hey, I must be doing something right." I understand a lot of it was probably water weight but it made me feel great. I have given up pop except for diet which I allow myself to have ONE a day, and that in itself is a big accomplishment because I was drinking upwards to 3-4 pops a day!! Haven't had any cravings for it yet.
Alan and I went out to eat tonight because we'd gotten side tracked at the mall walking around. I didn't make the best of choices but I know that will get easier as I become more knowledgeable about eating out choices etc. My plan is to sit down tomorrow and plan the week out like I did last week as it works best for me.
