Down 1 pound even this week. Perfectly content with it.
Last week I took my walk each day. I tracked. I got in lots of fruits and veggies. I had a pretty good on plan week. Looking forward to that, again, this week.

- Take my daily walks.
- Track my food. (no matter what it is)
- Keep the healthy choices coming. Big and small.
- One day at a time, positive outlook.

I hope everyone has an awesome week upcoming! We're doing healthy things. Those things will lead us to our goals.

Grr I am up 2.0 I am hoping it is just some water retention. I think I will re-weigh tomorrow. I know I am at the tipping point since I have been dancing around this same 4 pounds since the first of Jan. This is always the place I tend to get de-railed and quit.

Needing some support chicks get me through this ...pretty please?

Quit is not in your vocabulary!

You already know the problem in the past has been frustration. Don't let it get to that point this time. You are learning from the past experiences, and that means dealing with this right now.

Even if this maintaining area is going on for some weeks, maintaining is better than gaining it all back. It ALWAYS will be better than gaining it all back. Maintaining is a victory over gaining.

I know that when the scale is making me frown that switching my focus to the individual habits is a good way to get that feeling of success going. Scale doesn't want to move? Fine. Then I'm just going to give myself a reward for walking each day. Or I'm going to go to a movie on Friday night long as I track all my food for the week.

Healthy habits are to be rewarded. They are what have gotten you to this point so far. Continue to do healthy things, and you will get to where you want to be.

You are stronger than a little frustration! You are stronger than this moment. You are able to continue doing great things for yourself.

When you achieve your goals you will remember this moment and how deciding to continue forward no-matter-what is how you got to your goal.

Thank you Lovely I need the reality check. I have to remember the victories I have had and the most recent was shopping in my own closet. I know everyone on these boards has experienced the 'stand still scale' frustration and I do hope mine only lasts a few more weeks.

So with that said I will keep tracking, I will keep going to the gym, I will reward myself for the little things

My reward to me on Sunday? I would like to go visit someplace I have not been before in my area so I will have to do some research and find where that maybe but you can be sure it will involve some walking

Lovely...I just want to say that you are seriously so awesome!!! You always say exactly the right thing and make so much sense! Just wanted to give you some warm fuzzies

My goal for this week is to TRACK every.single.day!!! LOL I start off pretty good at the beginning of the week and then trickle off as the week goes on.

Down 2.8 last week. :-)

As strange as it may sound I'm really worried about next weight in. I've had really good losses the past couple of weeks and I'm so afraid I'm going to be up. I know I will be eventually but UGH! *whines* I don't wanna!!!! lol

Nancy - Stick with it. You can do it! If you allow this plateau to derail you and quit you're going to hate yourself for it. Just think of how proud of yourself you'll be once you break through and start dropping pounds again!

Have you considered switching things up a bit and see how that works? Like eating more or less weekly points? or do you tend to eat the same things? If so, try something new.

Lovely - I want to second what Chele said - you always know exactly what to say :-)

anga great job to you and mom2my3angels on your loss

As for me up again 1.5 geez! what is going on that is 3.5 in the space of 7 days. I am within my points, rarely eat all my activity points (usually only 1/2) and do not touch my weeklies...and water yep getting more in that needed.

I will hang in there my clothes are not feeling tight so maybe it is something else that is going on
