Agreeing with the previous posters who say that "officially" it is healthy oils.
However, I tend to personally follow the healthy fats idea, as it gives me more variety. I can use nuts, healthy oils, avocado, even dairy products to get in a balanced amount of fat into my diet. Of course, YMMV.

I think healthy oils are pushed, because they are a very clean, and easy way to get in healthy fats. They're easily used in all sorts of cooking, they hide well, and most people don't have a problem with fitting oil into their day. When looking up the nutritional information for Olive Oil (one of the healthy oils promoted) you can see that
100% of the calories comes from Fat. It's a no-nonsense way of getting in healthy fat into our diets. After all, being on a completely fat free diet would be awful for our health.
