I'm down a few pounds this week. I took a short walk every single day. I've tracked my food. Again, still taking things one day at a time, and have been very content with that thus far.

I'll be off shortly to take my husband to the airport for his business trip... which means I'll be facing an obstacle for a couple days. In the past, me being alone the house has lead to some very unhealthy behavior involving food (mostly eating too much junk).

I'm here to nip that in the bud. No binging. No ordering nonsense. No fast food crap. I have healthy food in my house.

I'll stop off at the produce store on the way home to pick up some fruits and veggies.

Wishing you all a very healthy and successful week!

I'm back...

Lovely~stay strong and make healthy choices...it's hard when you are on your own.

This week I want to work out a few days a week (it's hard to get to the gym). I am preparing to throw a baby shower next weekend so we are food preparing but I am pointing everything...I even figured out how many points the vegan donut holes I made were and now if I can stay out of the break room (they are SOOO good).

I want to continue to track everything!

Weigh in was good this week!!! After the horrible eating/drinking over the holidays, I was right back into it starting back when work started up again this past Tuesday. It wasn't too difficult getting completely into it and I was down 3.2 pounds!!!! Hope it continues in that direction

Blerg, I did not lose 1 single pound. It's TOM and I am bloated. Hoping for a whoosh next week!

Jenny: But, you didn't say you gained! Being bloated, you should notice a loss when TOM is over, so yay for that!

Hey Everyone!

This week I lost exactly 1lb, I'm pretty happy with that number. I switched back to doing Momentum for a while because that's the plan I lost most if not all of my weight on. I tried lowering my daily targer to 27 and wasn't seeing any results and I honestly don't mind counting my fruit.

Hey all

Congrats to all the losses or mainteners for the week, but I'd like to give a special shoutout to KatRat for being back in onederland! That is awesome! I'm really happy for you!

So I'm back on a good and healthy lifestyle (not tracking faithfully though).

i was happy to see that I was at somewhere in 149 on monday morning but yesterday I was at 151... My body is wack right now. I'm super easily bloated, pooping (sorry tmi) isn't much regular and I'm not working out as much as I would like.

*sigh* at least it's only tuesday and I hope to find enough motivation to go for a run tonight in the snow that we got today.

Have a nice day, chickies

Good morning, Chickies!

Congrats to those losers and maintainers! Hugs to anyone who wasn't happy with the scale Remember that it's not always about the scale, it's about continuing on with healthier habits no matter what. You'll see the differences in time.

Tonight I'll be picking the husband up from the airport. I did well with my promises! I've tracked my food. I've taken walks. And I didn't order anything or have any junk with him being gone.

The scale is iffy at the moment, but the week is still young, and I just want to continue my healthy promises one day at a time.

Thanks Turbo! It feels great I still have a long way to go, but it really is a great feeling to see a 1 in front again I got hugs and high-fives all day when people asked how I did...I love the extra motivation of having 19 others (plus our "coach") doing this with me, it's such a huge help!!!! And it's even more awesome that no one looks at me like I'm crazy or stupid for being so excited about it. You guys are all excited for me and even the "little" people at school are super happy for me and don't make me feel "fat" over it.

Awesome, Osu!!

Great job, Lovely Cooking only for yourself is really hard... it seems so much easier to order take out or just go for ease quicky junk! But you RESIST! The scale might be playing hard on you, but as you always say, every step is a step in the right direction

KatRat, of of course we are excited for you It's nice to celebrate acheivement every now and then, is there seriously a better way to stay motivated? Keep up the good work

So I'm getting back to my healthy routine, and my tummy is getting slowly less bloated. I even refused what was supposed to be my ''last part of the pie'' (wasn't really mine, but in the mind of th bf, it was lol) last night.

Situation : I cooked pretty much all weeknight dinners, whereas my boyfriend is mostly cooking during the weekend, but like bigger and more complicated menus. Last weekend, he made some awesome pork dish and even made a pie for dessert (I am the dessert queen at home and love to bake, so he doesn't have a lot of chance to do it). So Mister decided to bake a chocolat & pear pie.

Last night ;
BF : so, there's 2 part of pie left, one for me and one for youuu!
Me : thanx but now thanx, I had one sunday night, one last night, I'm going to have FF yogourt and fruit instead I think.
BF with puppy eyes : come on, there's only 2 parts left! let's finish it to clear a part of the fridge!
Me : No thanx, I already had 2 parts in 2 days and I dont like eating too much stuff with crust, there's tons of calories in that.
BF with attitude : Just say it you did not like it that much!!!
Me : *THE look*
BF : ... ok ok eat your freaking yogourt. I'M STILL HAVING PIE!
Me : *going through the fridge to get fruits to add to my yogourt* on no, the raspberries are rotten...
BF : My pie isn't!
Me : oh COME ON!!!

... freaking pie LOL

as for workout, I went for a 4k run last night, was way better than saturday where I wanted to DIE after my 2.75 km. Planning to increase to 6k this weekend! And start my muscle routine! ... eventually. LOL
