Hi, I am new to the chicks boards, I would like to join you. I am doing WW online. My goals for January are to lose 9 lbs, stay OP, and exercise 5X per week.

Exercise goal - do yoga every day
Other comments: My new grand experiment is writing down what I eat but not calculating points on the weekends. I want to learn how to eat reasonably without tracking points (something I shirk from when I'm being really bad). I generally save my weeklies for the weekend, so it's not the end of the world if I go over. I will stay OP during the week, and then eat moderately on the weekend. This is an attempt to build character on my part.
I'm just starting back WW today after having my twin boys on Dec. 6th. I currently weight 287. I want to loose 10lbs by February 2nd.
No workout goals yet. Getting back onto plan and making sure I get cleared by my MD before I get into anything crazy. I'm only 4 weeks Post Partum so I'm not 100% yet.
Hello all. I'm Angi. I just signed up on 3fc but I've been on WW since May 2011. I'm looking for a little extra bit of support and this seemed like a good place.
So, onto my January goals:
Weight: Get below 240

Exercise: I'm just starting to add in the exercise so I'm going to take it a little slow. (but better slow than none at all) With that being said, my goal is to spend my lunch hour in the gym at work at least twice a week
Other: I have friends visiting the last 2 weekends in January. One has already told me my job is to take her to all the restaurants she loves that she doesn't have in L.A. My other will be to make it through those weekends on plan and still meet my goal of losing at least 5.5 pounds this month.
*edited to add drinking more water to my "other" goal. I've been drinking way too many sodas the last few weeks.
Weight: I would like to lose 10lbs by the end of this month. I'll be really happy to just stick to the plan!

Exercise: Make it to the gym 3x per week - NO EXCUSES. It's a start, I need to get back into an exercise routine. Once I get used to it again, I'll be more than happy to make it there more frequently.
Other: A few conferences and work events this month. I'm also writing a finance exam next month so I'll be doing a lot of studying.
I'm new to WW and doing WW points, but I'm ready now to put myself first and I really think this is the year I can get the weight off. My January goal will be 10 pounds! I know I can do it! Slow and steady wins the race
Exercise: I'd like to walk 30 minutes a day 5 days per week. And I'd like to add on an extra 15 minutes of hard cardio at least 3 days per week. I will do strength training as well.
Other: Going to do my best to stick to the points, allowing myself a few splurge points on the weekend. I'm hoping to really kick off good habits this month!

Ladies, I have to admit... I was a little discouraged stepping on the scale today, because I only lost a few tenths and since I've been on weight watchers, I never had experienced this early in the game. Well, I made one of my goals which explained this temporary bare loss, I lost my point I was wanting to, lol. One goal down.

Yep, I was up 1.4 :-( This was very frustrating to me. It was not expected at all!
- I stayed well within my points range. I didn't use all of my WP and with the exception of the oil & vitamin I was OP.
- I drank tons of water. (at least 64 oz a day)
- I even exceeded my exercise goal by going 3 days this past week and earning 9 AP. (At least I met one of the goals)
I've been going over and over last week in my head since my weigh in Saturday and I just can't pinpoint anything that might have contributed to a gain - except possible water weight and maybe too much fruit.
In any case, I am making a few changes this week. I'm going to use very few, if any of my weekly points, I'll be hitting the gym 4 times this week and adding in a little bit of weights to my cardio and cutting back on the fruit.
