In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I wanted to say, THANK YOU!!! This board has been a really important part of my weight loss. Its amazing to have so many people willing to lend an ear and a helping hand to strangers!

I was on a work trip last week and you all gave me tips on how to avoid gaining when I had to eat out 3 meals a day all week. I appreciate it! Thanks to your ideas, I lost a pound! That's amazing considering my week!

Awesome! I remember that post, so I'm glad our tips helped (I was able to use them, too, when I was out of town last weekend!)

This board really is the most amazing thing ever. I was on it about two years ago, then "fell off the wagon" so to speak. When I rejoined WW back in January, this was the first place I came!
