May I have your opinion?
In a few weeks, I'll be living alone for a little while, probably a few months. I want to take the opportunity to make the very best of my WW experience, since I can totally control what foods are in the house, when I eat, what is served, etc.
I really looked hard at the program guidelines and came up with what I think is a pretty good sample menu for a 36-point day. I think I have all of the Healthy Advantage points covered (I didn't list liquids, but I would be sure to do the required amount in mostly water and herbal tea).
Would y'all take a look and let me know what you think? Are all my bases covered, not too heavy on bad fats, unhealthy carbs, sugar etc.? (PS... I am diabetic but determined to reverse that with the proper diet and exercise.)
Of course, I don't plan on eating the same thing every day, but I could use this as my starting off point, for simplicity's sake, and substitute carefully depending on what I feel like eating.
I'm happy to hear any input! Thank you in advance.
