I haven't been around since Sept 29th, 2011. I was doing good getting started back up with WW and exercising, but like always life happens. While in the process of conquering my bad habits I had a grease fire (nothing was burned but the sprinklers went off) and my dear granny passed. Needless to say that since October 2nd I hadn't tracked or exercised. Now that things are getting back to normal I'm re-committed to my health. Sunday I went back to the Y and had a good workout. This is something that I won't give up on. I can fall, but I must get back up. So just wanted to share this with you all who are struggling for encouragement. It's about being committed and that things happen, but just get back on track.
