Down 2 lbs this week I started school last Thursday, and have been trying to get used to my new schedule. I've packed my own meals and snacks to take with me a couple days, but a couple of days I didn't plan ahead and by the time I got out of school I was extremely hungry and ended up buying fast food on the way home. This is something I want to avoid doing. I think I may need to pack my meals/snacks the night before, so that I don't feel as rushed the next day.

Hi All,
So I injured myself today! I pulled my calf muscle and man, does it hurt like a b!tch!!
I was feeling so good, with all my walking and I had a little pep in my step..but now..I'm limping.. I rely on walking so much..I have to walk all over campus to get to my classes, and to walk my younger son to daycare.. Anyhow, I'm planning to go see the doc and see what can be done ..I want to exercise, hopefully it wont hurt my weight loss efforts. I think the injury also happened because I weigh 250 lbs..
I had cheesecake today( eating my emotions) I still managed to stay within my target points for the day...

While I have not added this to the official sheet, tonight at the doctor's office I weighed 179 at 6:15 p.m. dressed/with shoes. Yay. I weighed 180 at home the same way, so the scales are different. Not sure what the WW weigh in will be tomorrow.

up 1.5lbs this week, but I expected it due to stress eating. I made it to the gym 4 times this week though! I'm pulling myself up by the bootstraps and starting over again today....tracking, check. exercise, check. healthy attitude, check. ;-)

yay shadowcat! Erin, your resolve is good! Tiffany, thanks for the well-wishes

The official WW at work weigh in is 179.8. Down .4, and that's fine with me. TOM was due Monday. It may be that I get a break from that this month with the peri-menopause, unless I'm just late. Either way, its all good.

I am at my first "long term" goal - out of the 180s, but just barely.

Good luck to everyone else this week! Lets keep the vibe up!

124chicksinger> thanks for the link! The site looks awesome! There's a recipe for pumpkin spiced chocolate cookies I will for sure make! My kids will love it and the cheesecake recipe too. mmmm I could eat cheesecake everyday I think..
My injured calf is getting better, thanks to a prescription for pain meds.. hope to be exercising next week... I weigh in on Friday, I'm not expecting a loss, as I seem to be having a pattern of one week losing and the next week staying the same..been like this for a month now..still motivated and still tracking. Keep up the good work everyone !
