    snack of self-loathing and general frustration with life

    2 butterfinger hearts 2

    turkey noodle soup 3
    boca sand w/ the other 1/2 boca 2
    cauliflower, carrots & celery w/lt ranch 2

    snack:
    cheese/breadstick 3

    spaghetti & meatsauce 6

    maybe some noodles, maybe not 7/25.5
    snack:
    if there are points left over

    exercise: 35min rowing, weights at gym, dog putter,
    maybe go back to gym tonight for the rest of the workout
