Leftover potato when I got home from study group 2/24

Exercise:
2.75 mile walk at lunch-gorgeous outside today!

Stepped on scale this am: 141.0

Well, my evening semi-deteriorated. So tonight, we're on plan B.
breakfast:
pad thai 4/4
luna bar 4/8
water
coffee
lunch:
salad
some cereal 3/11
dinner:
dahl soup 3/14
salad 3/17
naan with spinach 6/23
chili lime 2/25
herbal tea
chai 3/28
exercise: dog putter, dog putter, gym - 30 minutes
water: yup
vitamin: about to gulp

Hello all, my moderate tour of the salad bar yesterday got way out of hand. Also, my usual WW meeting (that I haven't been to in many many months) is GONE. Must find another meeting. One of these days...
