    today I was able to snap and zip a pair of jean shorts and they fit! In July they were too snug to wear and be comfortable.

    Then I stopped to get a diet coke at the gas station and some young dude gave me the once over, smiled and whistled at me. Made my day!

    great job!!! At the start of my diet I organized my closet and stacked all my size 16 and 14 jeans and I hope within the next couple weeks I will be back to my 16's! Its so motivating to fit into our old clothes and make them new again!
