NSV: Stairs!
I attended a convention/conference last week and the lobby of the hotel was on the first floor and the convention room was on the second. Multiple times I had to go up and down the stairs, especially in the morning because thats where the coffee was LOL.
Not once while climbing the stairs (or running up the stairs because I was late) did I get winded! I was so suprised that I wasnt huffing and puffing!
