Default sometimes I talk to my food....

Seriously. I am such a food addict. I could use an overeaters anonymous meeting in addition to my ww meetings. Thursdays are my WI day so Thursday night or Friday is usually when I let myself have something a little off plan. Tonight it was pizza, but I opted for Digiorno thin crust to cut out the grease that I'd normally get with a pizzeria pizza. Now Digiorno is okay, but it's nothing compared to REAL pizza. As I was eating it I was even thinking, okay this isn't that great. Even so, after my first slice I had to tell the pizza out loud that it was not good enough for me to eat a second. This is not the first occurance of me talking to my food.

I ended up eating half of a second slice anyway. Lol.

I do the same thing, I will actually pick something up and read the label and tell it that it is ridiculous! But I also cuss out food that I mindlessly grab a handful of (and I DO count it) when it is left out by my hubby or kids on the counter (ie: cereal! why can't they put it away!).
