
When I logged it into WW online I was told I'm losing too quickly, which isn't surprising: I eat less in the summer, so I have had a drastic reduction in the number of weeklies I've used, so to add exercise on top of that...Looks like maybe I'll start dipping back into my weeklies a bit more this week.
I started at the end of January, and March was tough where I gained back most of the 10 or so lbs I lost and blah. But here we are now! It's so amazing to be in a position where I feel like I am finally in control of food!
