I am so excited!!
The points plus system (specifically the "free" veggies and fruits) is really working for me this time, primarily because it's really helping me to control binges.
This week I had an anniversary dinner (7 courses!) at a really famous restaurant that's local, plus parents visiting us so lots of eating out, but I was still able to shed 2 lbs thanks to planning (blowing all my weekly points on that dinner, so I could just enjoy myself and relax--it was a lot of courses but very portion controlled anyway!) and staying on target and upping the exercise a bit the rest of the week.
