I know I should do some type of exercising but I haven't started that yet. I do plan to add exercise into my life but I'm just not ready to do that yet. I did get a wii fit but have only used it a couple times.
I don't eat in between meals. I literally eat 5 or 6 meals a day. It depends on how long I am awake.
As an example this is what I ate yesterday:
7 am Breakfast : 1 fried egg on toast, 1 cup OJ, 1 cup hot tea
10 am Lunch One : Chicken Salad on half a wheat soft taco with lots of lettuce, onions and peppers, cup of iced tea
1 pm Lunch Two: 1 cup milk, 1 Fiber Plus Chocolate Chip Bar, two handfulls of green grapes and some pumpkin seeds
4 pm Dinner One: Half hamburger on a white roll with lots of lettuce, onion, peppers, pickles and tomatoes and potato chips and Coke Zero
7 pm Dinner Two: exact repeat of dinner one
My husband just laughs at me whenever I eat a sandwich. I pile on so much veggies on my sandwich that it looks like a salad on my sandwich.
I had planned to make a fruit slush in the evening for a treat but honestly I was still full from dinner so I didn't.
I do drink between meals ( water, hot tea, iced tea etc)
