Ive been a member of 3fc for few year now but i started WW 8weeks ago and loving it.
i lost 7lb on ww plan but i went on holiday and gained 2lb which im really pleased about as i ate and drank what i wanted on holiday so great i didnt put the 7lbs back on.
Im back on track and i love the new plan its so flexible and doesnt feel like a diet
Practicing with my online tracker. I had been walking about 8000 steps/day. Once I get my more of a handle for what the heck I am going to eat, I'll start stepping it up again.
I really want to set a good example for my daughter.
