Well, Its way past time to buckle down and get this weight off! I have been rapidly gaining the past two months (like 15lbs) and I'm now creeping up on 180. I had lost 70lbs over the course of 2 years with WW and I've gained all but 30 of it back
I was going to start South Beach this week but with two kids and me refusing to make a bunch of different dinners so everyone can eat I decided to go back to WW.
I will get my weight in the morning! I'm really hoping I can get it off and keep it off this time and find a way to not eat when i'm stressed or emotional!
