Its time to buckle down!

Well, Its way past time to buckle down and get this weight off! I have been rapidly gaining the past two months (like 15lbs) and I'm now creeping up on 180. I had lost 70lbs over the course of 2 years with WW and I've gained all but 30 of it back:mad:

I was going to start South Beach this week but with two kids and me refusing to make a bunch of different dinners so everyone can eat I decided to go back to WW.

I will get my weight in the morning! I'm really hoping I can get it off and keep it off this time and find a way to not eat when i'm stressed or emotional!

Good for you!!

I've got to buckle down too. It's slowly creeping back up and I just won't let it!

One of my friends recently had a gastric bypass done. She's extremely sore and sick, sick, sick. She told me "I wish I had tried WW one more time. Every time I have tried it, I've lost all the weight I've wanted to" (she's considered a lifetime member) "but then when I stop, I gain weight back". I replied, when you stop? Do you stop tracking and counting points? And she said yes, but she doesn't eat on plan either.

I've come in with the mindset that I am going to be on Weight Watchers for life. I'm okay with counting points every day for the rest of my life. This is my lifestyle, not a diet.
