I had almost exactly the same problem. I lost almost all of my weight on Momentum. PointsPlus worked well at first, but soon I actually started GAINING on average of .2 lbs a week! I went back to momentum, tracked with pen and paper, and started losing again immediately. For me, its great because it was easy to switch back since I learned WW that way. Plus, it is now free for me (I did online).

Its all a matter of preference, some people are doing fabulous with PP. It just wasn't happening for me. I think if you aren't having success with PP, and you've tried everything to make it work, it can't hurt to go back to Momentum for a while and see what happens

No matter what you choose, good luck!

PS: If you do choose Momentum, onemorepound.com is the site I use for all of my Points values. It also have tons of restaurant listings.
