Default switching to WW from Ideal Protein

Hi everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. This is my first time on WW. I started Ideal Protein 3 weeks ago and have lost 11 lbs. but I feel terrible. They say you are supposed to feel bad the first week while you enter ketosis but Ive been on for 3 weeks and I get light headed walking to my car from the grocery store. So even though the weight was coming off and the cravings were gone that diet is not for me. Im excited to be on this forum and excited to jump strait into WW. I am fully committing to loosing. Not even taking a cheat day before my first weigh in on Wednesday. Im looking forward to learn from you guys. This forum is so inspiring!!!

Welcome! I have done yo-yo dieting for most of my 20s, I have been on WW a little over a week. I lost exactly 5lbs in my first week so that is inspiration for me to keep going I keep getting cravings, but then I just get on here and look at everyone's before and after pics and that motivates me to just eat some fruit when I get those cravings. Lol! Good luck!
