I don't mean to nitpick, but if you are cobbling together a program from random information online, you are not technically following the WW Online program. I'm not trying to discourage you from posting or from starting healthy habits now, but as someone who scrimps and saves to afford my meeting fees, I'm uncomfortable giving away the information.

This is an investment in yourself. I would strongly recommend finding some way to afford the meetings or the online membership.

I totally understand. Didn't mean to offend. Unfortunately, it just isn't possible for me right now. I am saving to purchase the deluxe kit from my local WW leader.

I will wait until I have more information before continuing to post or find another place for support.

From what I have read online and from people I know doing the program I think this new Points Plus is a great plan and I am excited about the results I have already seen. But I totally get you and others not being comfortable giving away what you had to pay for. I didn't even think about it.
