Try the Chili's site! I just went there now to have a look for you, and guess what? There's some Nutritional Information! You could put a meal together for yourself =)

http://www.chilis.com/EN/Nutritional...nu_Generic.pdf

If that doesn't work... from their main page, under "Menu", down at the bottom left-hand area of the page there's a little hanging section with Vegetarian, Nutritional, and Allergy information. =)

Hope this helps!

I think Chili's is one of the best chains for eating healthy... Here's a good link to a site called healthydiningfinder that has info for lots of different restaurants. It will even include options where they are good if you special order... http://healthydiningfinder.com/restaurant/?id=62

the Carribean salad would be good if you can do without the dressing.
The margarita grilled chicken is a good option, depending on the sides you pick. The fajitas are not a bad choice if you request no cheese or sourcream and use only 1-2 flour tortillas.
And they have a section called guilt-less grill - there are sandwiches, wraps and entree plates served with extra veggies specifically to be healthy...GG Grilled Chicken Sandwich w/ Steamed Broccoli, GG Santa Fe Chicken Wrap w/ Steamed Broccoli, GG Salmon w/ Garlic & Herbs, GG Classic Sirloin.
Everything I listed would be under 600 calories and a few are under 500.

Thank yall so much !!!! I dont want to eat out but it is a special tomorrow. All proceeds go to a police officer's family that was killed while camping with his daughter. I also happen to work with the guys sister. I feel like I need to contribute to this.

Stac, are you in the New Orleans area? I swear I just heard about that on the news.

I use the calculations on Dotti's Weight Loss Zone. Last time I went I had the Chicken & Green Chili soup, the Guiltless Grill Salmon with no rice and double the broccoli, no butter or oil. Whole thing set me back 20 points but well worth it! I could've eaten half the salmon easily and saved some points, but I had a tiny lunch and was starving.

Oh, what a sad story! I just looked it up and you can also donate at any Capital One bank in the name of Lt. Douglas Wade Sharp. So, if you truly don't want to eat out, this would be an option.

If you do go out to eat Chili's has lots of great choices. Like the others said, try the guiltless grill options or salmon or chicken with steamed veggies. Bravo for you for supporting this cause.

Hi all - thanks for healthydiningfinder and Dotti's Weight Loss Zone. Like stacgirl, I too am eating out tonight for the first time since re-starting WW. This will really help!
