I love love love that checkered skirt!! Such a cute shape! And super congrats on the weight loss... what sort of weight lifting regimen do you do? Your arms look toned... Did you do weights from the beginning?

I really didn't start truly lifting weights until after I reached the 100lb mark. I try to do it everyday along with a ton of cardio! I don't have a specific regimen but what I do is go around to every weight lifting machine once and do 10 reps. I try to increase the weight by 5lbs every week.
