Keli10801: I saw the caramel flavour on the website last night. I'm not sure if I'd be a fan of that one, simply because I don't really like sweet cereals. Is it super sweet, or does it just have a subtle caramel taste?

Tudor Rose: Finding a filling breakfast is a big issue for me. I'm at 29 points (have been since I started) and so finding filling foods that aren't high in points is REALLY tough for me. Especially since I *love* breakfast. *L* I'm always on the lookout for foods high in fibre/protein and low in points, and this cereal is definitely high on the fibre scale. (FYI: Their bars are really, REALLY good too, and are also high in fibre!)
