Default Slow & Steady!

Wasn't too sure about the new PP system. I always feel like I am cheating when eating fruits at 0 points

Also was having a hard time getting my body to adjust to the new system. On the old system, my weight loss was in larger increments (1-2.5 lbs per weeks). When I started the new PP plan, I was expecting the same, or better (always looking for that "magic" lose it quick plan).

But I was only losing .6 - 1 lbs and it was driving me nuts. I was told to hang in there and I am glad I did.

The last two weeks I have los 2.1 and today 1.6lbs! Much better loss for my efforts.

So I guess slow and steady and just keep going?

You bet! I lost 100 lbs. the slow and steady way and have maintained that loss for almost 5 years now.
