It's the wrap. When I was calorie counting, I learned that the chick fil a wraps are strangely high in calories and artificial ingredients. I eat Chick-fil-a fairly often and I always get the same thing: Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Side Salad, Large unsweet tea. (8p+). I use my own honey mustard dressing on the salad (1p+ per 2 tblspns) and yellow mustard on the sandwich (0pp). For 9p+, it's a pretty filling lunch!
