Default April - What was your exercise today?

Yes! April! Closer to warm weather, and I can't wait to get my hands in the garden. And pool.

Today- 5 mile TM run, 10 min yoga. I'll probably do some more yoga later.

awesome, me and my boyfriend just picked up Santa Cruz street cruisers. We live close to the gatineau hills, so we can take the boards up there and skate the trails in the mountain. I have my helmet coming in the mail, im ready to rock out.

Today i did Zumba and eliptical, walked. My shoulder is killin me tonight, real achy.

I did 30 on the elliptical. I'm thinking about trying Zumba again, but would like another friend with two left feet to try with me. I drive past a skating rink on the way home every day, and I just saw that they have a Zumba banner hanging up. That sounds like so much fun! Zumba on the skating rink - the soundsystem is great! (Ooooooh, I wonder if they dim the lights and drop the disco ball! )

Saturday: 30 min. elliptical, then stair climber (15 min each). 45 minutes free weights and other strength moves that my trainer gave me, finished with a 1 mile run (about 11 minutes) Had to miss my weekly Zumba class, I need a class at a better time!
Sunday: hike with friends--can't wait!

Did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then went to a Pilates class that was supposed to be 45 minutes but ended up being a very strenuous standing Pilates class that lasted 60 minutes.

75 minute yoga class. Warm up was handstand. Also got up into wheel pose twice. New muscles busting out all over.

Tomorrow is a rest day, thankfully. Then back on the mat on Tuesday.

I just got done walking a little over 3 miles. It's in the 80's here in central NC so it was too beautiful for running on the treadmill!

10 mile run, hilly trail. I have some blisters and sore muscles but nothing serious. I had a massage this afternoon that should help with muscle soreness.
