Today was 40 minutes on the elliptical 4.5/ 5 and then 25 minutes on the treadmill 2/ 3.2 to try to walk some soreness out.

Today was 40 minutes on the elliptical at level 5/ 4.5 mph followed by 40 minutes with my trainer and then 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.2 mph on a 3 incline.

This morning I ran, not sure how many miles because I forgot my pedometer. If I had to guess it would be somewhere around 5 miles if not a little more. I burned a little over 1200 calories!
