Basically when I started weight watchers back in November, I was at the weight of 159. They assigned me the 29 point plus target. Now that I am 145, if I eat everything I want in a day I can reach my 29 points and if I eat how I normally do i only reach about 25 points. I almost feel like I am overeating and I haven't seen any change on the scale except for a gain of about 1.8, which could just be water weight. I work out everyday so I get about 30-45 fitness points by the end of the weekend.
Do my points need to be lowered to achieve weight loss? I am an online member and with my loss documented on the weigh in screen it hasn't lowered my points. Any help?
Also- I am vegetarian and lactose and tolerant so I do not eat ALOT of diary and I get in my veggies and fruits (2 servings of fruit only) a day.
Help or suggestions would be appreciated.
