Default And I'm back!!!

I had my spring break 3 weeks ago and I was not very smart about my meal choices. I stopped tracking, was eating anything and everything in sight, ignoring 3FC completely, and thus gained nearly 5 pounds. I had no will power and I could not understand why because I was doing so well. My poor habits stumbled over to the next week back to school and I was just not happy. So last week I was determined to track and the weight is finally coming off! I am almost back to pre-binge weight. I just hate the fact that I let myself go. I could have been weighing a lot less by now!

I have done that so many times. But the important thing is, you are back. Welcome back!

Good job for not letting that bump in the road stop you!

Life sometimes intrudes. The important part is to just get back in the groove and this little bump won't matter. I had 3 difficult weeks as we sold our house and closed very quickly. With all the packing, moving, unpacking we ate out a lot and I had to miss 2 meetings. So really those 3 weeks are just "lost" weeks for weight loss but the important thing is to just get back on program (which I've done this week).

At least it's only 5 lbs, you can bounce back!
