I had my spring break 3 weeks ago and I was not very smart about my meal choices. I stopped tracking, was eating anything and everything in sight, ignoring 3FC completely, and thus gained nearly 5 pounds.

I had no will power and I could not understand why because I was doing so well. My poor habits stumbled over to the next week back to school and I was just not happy. So last week I was determined to track and the weight is finally coming off! I am almost back to pre-binge weight. I just hate the fact that I let myself go. I could have been weighing a lot less by now!
