I walk every single day, most days for an hour. And even when I'm home I'm always on the move, doing *something*. But I would love to know exactly *how* much I'm moving, as well as knowing how many activity points I'm building up. (I'm not...very good at the whole estimating thing.)But I'd like to know first how well they work. So, if anyone here has one, could you share your experience? Thanks!
I went to www.striiv.com and did some research, and then bought it through Amazon.com. (50 percent off). I have used several pedometer's and they were pretty inaccurate. The striiv is fun and motivating. It also will count aerobics steps. Take a look also at the fitbit. Pretty awesome also.
There is new thing from WW...I forgot its name as it doesn't come to my area until November but is out in some. It measures all activity and I think will be better than the WW pedometer
