I was up .2 this past week and i was home sick all week so i would have thought i would have a big loss, no! So i used 29 of my weeklies on Sat, as i usually try to stick with half. So not using anymore this week, seems to work better than using all. I need to stay on track and not snack (even in my points). I think the snacking is my downfall. I thought for sure i would lose last week
I've also officially hit a plateau. I've been bouncing the same 2 lbs for about a month now. What are some tricks to get me past this annoyance??!!
Do you find you do better with larger point meals and less points in between other than fruit? Any ideas would be much MUCH appreciated!!!
