Plateau...Need help to Kickstart my Butt This Week....

  • I was up .2 this past week and i was home sick all week so i would have thought i would have a big loss, no! So i used 29 of my weeklies on Sat, as i usually try to stick with half. So not using anymore this week, seems to work better than using all. I need to stay on track and not snack (even in my points). I think the snacking is my downfall. I thought for sure i would lose last week

    I've also officially hit a plateau. I've been bouncing the same 2 lbs for about a month now. What are some tricks to get me past this annoyance??!!

    Do you find you do better with larger point meals and less points in between other than fruit? Any ideas would be much MUCH appreciated!!!

  • Weighed myself this morning and still the same weight to the ounce. I log everything, stay around 29, still have 20 weeklies left. Every crumb i'm counting but i'm wondering if i'm eating too many almonds. They add up quickly and i wonder if it's the nuts.
  • Heather, my leader says whenever we stall, look to see if we're eating too much fruit. She said that's the most common factor. She also says cut out all diet sodas and replace with water. I hope some of this helps!
