I was having a hard time motivating to go to the gym last night. And I posted on facebook that I was lacking the motivation... I had some good friends tell me to go put on a pair of jeans that were too tight. So I figuratively did so and got my butt to the gym.

I like to put myself out there to my FB friends, and they are holding me accountable to my weight loss plan! Maybe you could try something similar so you have some person/people to figuratively kick you in the butt to keep you on track.
Honestly, the PP wasn't working fast enough for me, so I am combining that program, the meetings and calorie counting. And since I've changed that little bit, it's coming off much faster and consistently.
