Default Not eating all my points

I am trying to loose 50 pounds. I have lost 15 since the beginning of this month. I have really cut out all bad habits and upped my exercise by a ton. I am now though running into the problem of not eating enough points. Some days I am 6 points off..maybe more. I earned 54 activity points this week and have not used them or any of my weeklies. I am afraid to eat them. Yes, I have had an eating disorder in the past. I wanted to do well this time, I promised that I would eat all my points. I am not though. Does anyone have any advice.

I am not sure what to tell you, it sounds like there are some larger issues at work than just not being hungry and missing points here and there. Maybe post a typical sample of what you eat in a given day? Are you getting in all your GHGs? Do you feel like you're depriving yourself? It's not necessary to eat your APs or your weeklies, but you shouldn't feel like you can't eat them. You should eat as much as you can while still losing weight, not as little as you can. Do you go to meetings? If so, bring this up with your leader so you can discuss strategies and solutions.

Hey there. I dont think a point under here and there is really going to matter if you are full and satisfied, but you can substitute fuller fat items for light varieties in some cases to make up those points. ie: regular 2% milk vs fat free milk. The milk is still good for you, but it is getting you to your points target. A lot of people dont like to eat their activity points, or their weekly points, some people find that they lose better and more consistently if they do eat them, and some if they dont. It is something to play around with. Same for the activity points. Just dont be afraid to eat the points you have earned and the 49 extra you have. That is why they are there, so you can use them.

Also, if you are having trouble meeting your daily points target, try cutting back slightly on the veggies so you can incorporate more items to your table that are going to help use up those points and bring you closer to your target. It seems like your doing really well though for losing the 15!

Dont be afraid to eat your points you have earned. If you have earned 50+ points through activity, then you really need to keep some fuel in your body to keep you going.

If you are making it a point to check all your healthy ticks every day, I think it's almost impossible to not hit your points. Focus on THAT first.

You didn't mention how many points you have daily. If you only have 29 and you are coming in at 23 a day, there's no way you are getting your healthy's in. If you get 42 and you are coming in at 36, well that's a different story.

Sounds to me like your eating disorder is out of control again. This isn't just about not eating enough points -- it is about losing 15 lbs in 27 days, about upping exercise by a ton and about being afraid to eat. My advice is to tap into professional help. We are just other WW dieters.
