Hi---I know your original question was about fruit, but when you posted your entire 'typical day', I wonder if part of your problem with weight loss is eating a lot of processed foods instead of whole foods. Your dinner seems like its generally not processed, but your snacks (aside from fruit) and breakfast and lunch are all processed. Could you find more ways to get whole foods into your diet (unrefined carbs, zero points vegetables, more unsweetened dairy?). That might help
