Default small gain this week

So I went up 2lbs this week, but I was totally expecting it. I had TOM and co-workers brought in food for Mardi Gras and my cousins and I went to this huge indoor waterpark over the weekend I kinda didn't pay attention to my points. All things considered, 2lbs isn't that bad. But today is a new week and a fresh start and I'm ready for it!

Truthfully, when I put my weight into the WW etools, I kinda like that the message that popped up essentially said "It's cool. Gains every once in awhile are a totally normal part of the journey." Made me feel like less of a failure. Because even though I knew I was probably going to gain, it was also within my power to make better choices and I didn't. If nothing else, I felt kind sluggish all week from all of the food, so I'm definitely going to remember this feeling next time I decide to stop paying attention, even if just for a few days!

i gained a pound this week too. TOM for me as well and I didnt watch my points this weekend at all. i thought i would be so depressed when i stepped on the scale this morning...but i wasnt... i actually felt happy because I knew the gain would make me work harder this week!

I had a gain of 3# when I added up my points I was still within my range and did not go over but I am also on a steriod pill for a few more days and they say that will make you gain and be bloated and I sure feel like it
