Hi all,
Just wanted to share what i experienced while away on a ski weekend in NH this past weekend with 3 other couples. I set into the weekend knowing i was going to follow the plan the best i could. I packed up my fruit and veggies from home and anything else i may need. So i thought i was doing ok, wrote down everything to track when i got home. Mind you i left Friday at 196 and came home 202

I almost died on the floor! I knew i did have salty foods and yes, i did have some things i normally wouldn't eat like some cashews and m&m's but i calculated them into my daily/weeklies.
So i drank water like crazy yesterday, felt sooooo gross and bloated and when i weighed myself this morning was back down to 198, still need to drop those 2 other lbs. BUT my lesson to myself is that i can't eat even a little like others splurge while away because i gain weight easily AND it's just not worth it!!!
I'm wondering, do other's have this same issue where they need to stay on the straight and narrow more often than not?
