I worked out 5 days this week, earned 38 AP. I used 16 of my weekly points (which I haven't really done before). My average points used during the week was 48.4 (allowed 49). I know I should be ecstatic, but I am just a bit bummed. At least it wasn't a .8 or a gain!
Could the exercise be slowing the loss, since I am (most likely) gaining muscle?
