Dont worry..it could surprise you. I literally stood on the scale this morning and was repeating "gain, gain, gain" in my head and then the women said "down 1.2" and I was like huh? Lol. You may surprise yourself. Sometimes what we think is a terrible week, isnt. For example, thanksgiving, I did portion out my actual main course dinner and ate primarily veggies but the after dinner at my aunts house I ate cookies and pie and pudding but came back to my meeting the following week with a 2.4 loss. I was in shock. Keep us posted though
