thanks ya'll. i was about to get discouraged. i would lose 19 lbs. than maybe gain 1 back. and lose it again. 21 lbs. as of today. so now i am so excited. i am keeping on program. it is getting easier. it will have to be a lifestyle change. as some of you have said, a loss may not show up on the scales for a few days. then, there it is. i make sure to track everything. good luck to you all. thanks for the support.
