40 lb curse?
Now I might be totally off base here...but I'm noticing with myself and others that something seems to happen around 40 lbs lost. I'm not sure if this is just with WW or with any diet...but that tends to be a place where a lot of people fall off the wagon.
It happened to me and it happened to quite a few friends of mine. So I'm curious...when you hit 40 lbs lost (now or in the past) did something change for you? Did you get complacent or more lax? Or did you get discouraged?
I'm nowhere near the 40 lb mark now, but I was a few years back. I lost 40 lbs and then life happened (married then back to back pregnancies). It seems coincidental, but I see soooo many "well I lost 40 lbs but then I gained it all back).
