Prime Rib!

  • Hi Everyone & Happy New Year!!

Every year we go to my grandmother's house for a New Years Day dinner and this year she is serving Prime Rib. I can't seem to find it in the pocket guide and have tried looking it up through Google with no luck! Does anyone know the points per 4oz? or even per oz?
  • Its just a fancy name for roast beef (just a good cut) try looking that one up
  • Awesome! Thanks so much =D
  • was it good? We had that for Christmas. I didn't count those points that day either.
  • It was awesome! I'm so glad the holidays are over, now I can finally relax and get back on track for the new year.

Tonight I'm making a spinach artichoke dip and having a beer, not sure how many points are in the dip but I used fat free cream cheese and reduced fat sharp cheddar. I also sliced 2 light Flatouts and they are in the oven baking, they make great crackers for dipping!
  • I hear ya on the get back on track. It was okay for a few days, but I found, I really didn't like it.

I felt like I was cheating on myself. Lol..

I made some turkey goulash and a tuna casserole to have the Right Stuff back on top.
  • Today was my first day fully on plan for a couple of days and I'm glad to be back. I forgot how hungry I am at 10pm That's ok though, I know I ate enough and well today, so I don't mind a little hunger pang at bedtime.

For dinner I made a great tasting WW recipe I found in the online plan manager "Chicken with Broccoli and Garlic Sauce". Added lots of hot pepper flakes to it though. DH loved it too. I'm using the Canadian etools, not sure if it's in the US version.
  • Owes I love chicken broccoli ziti and with garlic, yum. I love to cook good recipes, and I tell me husband. That's what there is to eat.

Now he doesn't have to portion his but I do.
