Kim, I need to smack you. there is no darn reason under God's heaven that you should have been crying last week.

Has that ugly lady that gives you eyes seen your before Picture?

Man, I'd be crying for joy for such a difference.

You're seriously going to make me cry! I never thought I'd inspire ANYONE and for some reason I think I finally found my place in the world. Of course I'm still going to be a Paramedic but I truly want to help people get healthy!

LOL! Please do because I've been hard on myself all week, I think the holidays did a number on me.

Thankyou so much =D I know you guys can see the difference but sometimes it's hard for ME to because I see myself everyday.

You'll reach your goal soon enough! Just keep up the hard work and dedication you have

did I tell you I didn't have a loss this week? I want to cry. but I can't. I can only keep on doing what I'm doing, and hope my body kicks it up a notch.

I think I saw your post yesterday, did you have a small gain?

The most important thing is to keep pushing on and start fresh

Thankfully my scale is down this morning, I was stuck in the 180's for what seemed like an eternity and my scale says I'm 179.3! I usually don't go by mine because the scale at my center is usually a pound or 2 more, not sure why that is.

Here's to having a better week, one full of tracking and making better choices!

Kim, are you using their little journal to track or something else? I do have a three month one I should start getting used to.

Does anyone know how I can get my old info out before I go no etools?

I've never used the journal, I always log my food into a notepad page I made on my computer =D
