I was wondering, thinkin
g here what to do for next year. Do you think your weight changes when you hang your head over and look at the scale to read it? Then, at home how did you pick a time that you always weigh yourself?
some mornings, I don't get up the same time because I don't work yet outside the home, ( I will, i'm getting a job as soon as possible)
so, I'm concerned now about having the same time weighing myself as I don't have a scale and should I just do a monthly pass to get the stools. I can buy the calculator but I'm thinking of holding on to some money or rather, putting the money into exercise DVDS vs. WW.
What do you think?


It's the result of day after day choosing the right behaviors. Day after day after day. It doesn't matter if you weigh yourself at the exact same time.
